Backed by strong academic foundations in Food Arts and Hospitality Management, he brings deep knowledge, discipline, and passion to every culinary creation.

His journey in the culinary world began early, inspired by a culturally rich environment that shaped his appreciation for food and global cuisine. In 2010, he served as Culinary Director for the Apollo Group, where he helped develop professional kitchen standards and culinary training programs.

Throughout his career, Chef Bernie has mentored aspiring chefs and culinary professionals through hands-on learning, creativity, and practical techniques. His passion for teaching led to the creation of the Culinary Arts Program and Pastry Arts Program eBooks—designed to guide students, educators, and food enthusiasts in elevating their culinary skills.

Today, as a freelance culinary consultant and mentor, Chef Bernie continues to share his expertise with clarity, precision, and inspiration.
